⭐️ Passport Update ⭐️

Passport costs are increasing from the 11th April.

An adult passport application will rise from £82.50 to £88.50 and children under 16 from £53.50 to £57.50.

So if you are due to renew then now would be a good time to apply. Plus the turnaround time is very quick at the moment.

Thank you to everyone who booked with me in January, you really did keep me busy! Always a great time of year to book and have something to look forward to.

I run my own Travel Business alongside another job in a Doctors Surgery, probably the 2 most stressful jobs to do 😂 so your patience and understanding is very much appreciated. I always work at a time to suit you and always message people back so they are kept in the loop.

Jet2 will now be operating their Manchester flights from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 starting from 20th March 2024.

To all my amazing customers and followers, I would like to wish you all a fantastic Christmas 🎄also thank you for all your support this year, whether you’ve booked with me, given me a like or mentioned me to your friends & family. It really is appreciated and does not go unnoticed!

It’s that time again… ✈️☀️

Just to let everyone know I will be out of the office from Friday 27th October as I head to Lanzarote for the half term holidays. I will be back at my desk on Saturday 4th November and will reply to all messages then.

So this happened yesterday! 4 years! Wow.. time flies when you’re having fun. What a journey it has been but I’m still here and very grateful to all my clients for continuing to support my little business ❤️✈️☀️🌎 I love what I do and creating memories for people. Unfortunately the delay in this being posted was due to my lovely clients having their holiday cancelled who were due to go from Leeds this morning 😢 I worked until late trying to re book them and tried to offer as much support as possible. I’m with you from start to finish! Always remember that.

Let’s see what this next year throws at us 🤪

🚨 🚨 Passport Office Strikes 🚨 🚨

It has been announced there is going to be Passport Office strikes from between 3rd April 2023 and 5th May 2023!

Don’t get caught out….if you need a new passport this summer get applying today! ⏱

🌟 Your passport must be:

issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country (check the ‘date of issue’)
valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’) some countries require 6 months.

✈️ Jet2 Terminal update for Manchester airport ✈️

Due to our continued expansion, we wanted to let you know that, from 4 April 2023, all our flights to and from Bulgaria, France, Greece, Italy and Madeira will operate at Terminal 1 (T1), while all our remaining flights will continue to operate at Terminal 2 (T2).”

It’s important you know which terminal you are flying from and to, as you may need to update any pre-booked car parking or lounge, so please get in touch if you need assistance making or amending your lounge/parking bookings.

Going to Venice in 2023?
It was already announced, but postponed because of the last 2 years :
Starting January 16, 2023, visitors to Venice who have not booked accommodation in the city or surrounding islands will have to pay a separate entry fee.
Day residents must register online on the day they plan to visit the city and pay a fee ranging from €3 to €10 per person, depending on the time of year and how busy the city is. Whoever "forgets" to buy a ticket is obliged to donate a multiplication to the local government.
Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the charge. Visitors booking a hotel stay are also exempt as they already pay €5 ($5.33) per night in tax.
Venice City Council has announced that the booking and payment system will be live from January 16, 2023.
