The holiday begins with a morning flight to the very north of Finland, in ‘True Lapland’, so-called because of its authentic, picture-perfect landscapes, exactly as you imagined them: vast swathes of pristine snow stretching to the horizon & beyond.

Nestled amid silvered olive groves on a peaceful coastal hillside, this excellent luxury villa boasts sea views from the exceptional swimming pool, all in a quiet setting.

Effortlessly elegant, the lovely Mimosa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Well placed for coast and countryside, the villa is beautifully designed to sit in harmony with its timeless landscape, while offering contemporary style and facilities, along with high standards of comfort. The luxurious villa forms part of the private Kardaki Estate, whose forty acres of seafront slopes are cloaked in olive groves. With Kassiopi’s varied amenities 7km away, the estate is 1km from traditional tavernas in New Perithia, and just 1km from beach bars on the sands at Kalamaki.

Mimosa's gardens are tranquil and professionally landscaped, with spacious sunny terraces furnished for outdoor living, the lower terrace hemming a softly curved infinity pool, and in-pool bench seating. If you are looking to book for November / December 2025, don’t delay as alot of accommodation is already fully booked - especially the more unique resorts like Northern Lights Village.

Over the past few weeks I’ve had lots of enquiries for Aurora Cabins and most are now fully booked. I know that seems unbelievable when you’re booking so far in advance, but these types of accommodation options are so popular and there aren’t that many available.

There are a few pockets of availability for Aurora cabins but you’ll need to be quick.

We do get cancellations come up now and then, but usually as soon as they do they’re taken very quickly.
