A fantastic morning here at City Jogging Tours! London in the sunshine with a group tour and Dame Kelly Holmes. Regent's Street, through Regent's Park, up Primrose Hill, along the canal, a visit to 221b Baker Street (Sherlock Holmes, no relation...) and back along Oxford Street. Happy days!

Another successful tour. Yesterday we were delighted to take Mikkel and his three friends on a 10k jog around Canary Wharf and Greenwich. They had come from Denmark and it had been arranged by Mikkel as a surprise. Despite an 11 mile kayak the day before they were able to enjoy all East London has to offer.

“My first trip out of North America was to London, England. I was in town for just a few days to attend the Buffalo Bills American football game but I wanted to see the sites in London. As a runner, I thought it would be wonderful to see the city while getting some exercise and doing what I love.
