Beautiful and cozy brand new studio located on the first line in the lively Port de la Duquesa, Costa del Sol (Spain).
We are happy to share our enchanting place in this charming little port that won us over when we set foot.
This beautiful one-bedroom apartment, perfect for 2 people, is located right in the middle of the buzzing bars and restaurants of the port.
Duquesa beach is just a few steps away!

The apartment has just been renovated and is furnished and furbished to a very high standard, all furniture is new and modern and has been tastefully decorated in "marine style".

There is a small balcony overlooking the harbor, perfect for enjoying the incredible view and the sun that will accompany you all day until sunset.
The apartment has a brand new and very comfortable queen size double bed with a direct view of the sea.
In the aisle there's a built-in wardrobe with drawers and hangers.
The bathroom has a window to the internal patio and has a pleasant shower.
You will enjoy all the modern comforts you would expect from your own home including hot / cold air conditioning and flat-screen TV; the open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and more.

You can enjoy the environment while sipping a drink in one of the small cafes or having dinner in one of the many restaurants admiring the colorful boats and yachts right in front.

You will be right on top of the most popular harbor's cafes, famous for their delicious breakfasts and cocktails!
And just a few steps to restaurants, live-music bars and little shops.

In a few minutes walk both west and eastwards you can find beaches with the characteristic "Chiringuitos" where you can rent 2 beds and a parasol for just 8€ a day, and have a typical Spanish lunch or dinner right on the beach!

A short walk west of Puerto de la Duquesa is the small fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa from which the marina takes its name.
The castle built in 1767 can be visited and is often used for local exhibitions.

A short and pleasant walk to the east long the beach brings to the fishing village of Sabinillas.

On the way from the beaches towards the mountains, you find the famous white villages of Manilva, Casares and Gaucin, all within an hour drive.

A 15 minutes drive brings you to the coastal town of Estepona, one of the few that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character.
The numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies. In the 'old town' the steep, narrow streets are pedestrianised and decorated with different colour flower pots. It is a delight for photographers. You will find bars and small shops in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting and friendly.

Just 25 km away is Gibraltar and worth a visit.

Cosmopolitan life can be found just twenty-five minutes away in the city of Marbella with a jet-set point in Puerto Banus or an endless variety of small shops and boutiques that line the cobbled streets of the Old Marbella.

Hermoso y acogedor estudio a estrenar ubicado en primera línea en el animado Port de la Duquesa, Costa del Sol (España).

Estamos felices de ofrecer nuestro precioso lugar en este pequeño y encantador puerto deportivo que nos ganó desde que llegamos por primera vez.

Este hermoso apartamento de un dormitorio, perfecto para 2 personas, se encuentra justo en el medio de los bares y restaurantes del puerto.
¡La playa de la Duquesa está a solo unos pasos!

El apartamento, recién renovado, está amueblado con un estándar muy alto, todos los muebles son nuevos y modernos y ha sido decorado con buen gusto en "estilo marino".
Hay un pequeño balcón con vistas al puerto, perfecto para disfrutar de la increíble vista y del sol que les acompañará todo el día hasta el atardecer.

El apartamento tiene una cama matrimonial nueva y muy cómoda con vista directa al mar.
En el pasillo hay un armario empotrado con cajones y perchas.
El baño tiene una ventana al patio interno y tiene una ducha agradable y espaciosa.

Disfrutará de todas las comodidades modernas que esperaría de su propio hogar, incluyendo aire acondicionado frío / calor y TV de pantalla plana; la cocina americana está totalmente equipada y cuenta con lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y mucho más.

Está estrictamente prohibido fumar dentro del estudio, solo se permite en la terraza.

Puedes disfrutar de ese precioso puerto tomando una copa en uno de los pequeños cafés o cenando en uno de los muchos restaurantes, admirando los coloridos barcos y yates justo en frente.

En pocos minutos a pie, tanto hacia el oeste como hacia el este, puede encontrar playas con los característicos "Chiringuitos", donde puede alquilar 2 camas y una sombrilla por solo 8 € al día, ¡y disfrutar de un almuerzo o cena típica española en la playa!

A pocos pasos al oeste de Puerto de la Duquesa se encuentra el pequeño pueblo pesquero de Castillo de la Duquesa, del que toma su nombre el puerto deportivo.
El castillo construido en 1767 se puede visitar y a menudo se utiliza para exposiciones locales.

Un corto y agradable paseo hacia el este por el paseo marítimo lleva al pueblo pesquero de Sabinillas.

En el camino desde las playas hacia las montañas, encontrará los famosos pueblos blancos de Manilva, Casares y Gaucín, todo dentro de una hora en coche.

En solo 15 minutos de coche se encuentra la ciudad costera de Estepona, una de las pocas que ha logrado mantener el encanto y el carácter de su pueblo.Los numerosos cafés callejeros y bares de tapas aún sirven delicias tradicionales españolas. En el "casco antiguo", las calles empinadas y estrechas son peatonales y decoradas con macetas de diferentes colores. Es una delicia para los fotógrafos. Encontrarás bares y pequeñas tiendas en Estepona, donde menos los esperarías, todos muy acogedores y amables.

A solo 25 km de distancia se encuentra Gibraltar y merece una visita.

La vida cosmopolita se puede encontrar a solo veinticinco minutos en la ciudad de Marbella con un punto de jet set en Puerto Banús o una infinita variedad de pequeñas tiendas y boutiques que bordean las calles empedradas del casco antiguo de Marbella.
