Fergus Club Europa is in the business of great family holidays, and they’ve got just the facilities for it. The splash pool is a real hit with the tots, thanks to its selection of technicolour slides, sprinklers, and tipping buckets that spell hours of fun. There are plenty of sun loungers scattered nearby, too, for any parents who need to keep one eye fixed on the youngsters.

The Alaiye Resort is located just metres from a beautiful beach with soft sand and sparkling turquoise waters. Thie hotel is kitted out with all kinds of facilities, which means it caters just as well to families as it does to couples and friends.

There’s an indoor pool, too, if you fancy a swim after your spa treatments. If that sounds too slow paced for you, games of ping pong, darts, tennis, and basketball are on the cards, or you could try your hand at aqua aerobics or chess, aqua aerobics, tennis and basketball.

There are two pools to make a splash in – one massive pool with waterslides, and another more relaxed swimming spot that’s edged by loungers and parasols. Work on your tan, then jump in the pool when it’s a little too hot. With a poolside bar nearby, you won’t go thirsty.

The Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace impresses with a great supply of facilities and a luxurious edge. It’s a massive, whitewashed property right on the waterfront in Monastir. You’re treated to a private slither of golden sand here, freckled with thatched umbrellas and loungers.
