Exciting news for 2024
I’m delighted to be working with former Reading FC legend Dave Kitson, to provide coaching sessions and workshops for our touring teams.
Dave made 420 League appearances, scoring 54 goals in 134 appearances for Reading Football Club. In 2006 he was part of Reading's record Championship points title winning team.
He remains one of only a handful of players to score in every professional division and in every professional domestic cup competition.
Dave now runs his own football academy in the Reading area, providing one to one for individual players and group coaching for teams.

This year sees Touring Sport celebrate 20 years of organising sports tours.
With our touring teams visiting over 20 countries, across 4 continents, and with international teams visiting the UK, we have had the privilege of sharing amazing experiences with them, worked with incredible sports professionals and helped, we hope, to create lasting memories.
It has not always been easy, the last few years have proved testament to that. As we look to the future and a year of sports travel in 2023, we welcome back previous clients and look forward to offering new teams, clubs, schools and associations a unique tour experience. Exciting times lay ahead and we will be posting regularly throughout the year to update on our events and new initiatives.

Huge respect to Andrew Flintoff and ‘The Field of Dreams’
When will the UK government, local authorities, leading clubs and governing bodies, across all sports wake up to the benefits that sport brings to the health and wellbeing of a community. Introducing sports and the opportunity for our kids to play sports should be a right. We may have arguably the best range of top level sports in the world, however grassroots sports still have to self-fund, scrap and jump through hoops for every £
The physical and mental health benefits of sport to Children is clear.
A sense of belonging to a club and building a community around it should be a priority. If anything comes out of this years great sporting moments it should be to inspire and provide the facilities for our kids to excel.
As said “Build it and they will come” don’t waste the opportunity.
