Casa Catarina is situated in Bolnuevo, Murcia, Spain.

The house is less than a 10minute walk to local beaches, bars, restaurants & shops.

Mazarron port is a 10 minute drive with an excellent nightlife and has numerous more bar’s, restaurants, and shopping 🛍️

There is a small road train that operates during the summer & charges 4€ per person for a return journey to & from the port.
The last train home is at midnight 🕛

We have personally thought through all of the amenities required and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.

As a you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has an oven & hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave. The washing machine is located in the utility area.

The Villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and WiFi.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, you will find a double bed & the bathroom with a shower is next door.

Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor, there is two single beds. There is a balcony accessed from bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is located on the first floor and contains a double bed.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share Mountain View’s, a family bathroom with an overbath shower, sink, bidet & toilet.

All bedrooms have wardrobes & bedside draws.

On the third floor you will find a large terrace with superb views.
This is a relaxing area excellent for private sunbathing, late night cocktails & star gazing.

The ground floor terrace has a private pool, sunbeds, sofa's, tables & a shaded area.

Linen and towels are provided.
There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer & toiletries available to make your stay more comfortable.

Check-in & out time are fexible within
reason & following agreement.

Smoking is not allowed in the property.

There is roadside parking.

There is also a cot and high chair available.

It is situated in Bolnuevo, Murcia, Spain.

45mins drive from Murcia International Airport.
1hr & 15mins drive from Alicante.
Information regarding taxis & car hire can be provided.

We can prearrange transfers from each airport for example From Alicante - €95 per 7 seater trip. From Murcia - this is cheaper.
