Membership Area – Speech Talking Newspaper
We are delighted to announce that the BWBF Membership Area is almost ready to go live.

Anyone downloading any of the BWBF Speech apps including Speech Talking Newspaper will be faced with a Register and Sign in screen.

They can register on the app themselves, or at https://bwbf.org.uk/membership/register/, this web page can be used by anyone supporting the user to register for them, all the user has to do is sign in on their device.

Sign in is not being done for security reasons, so once anyone signs in they will never be signed out, although they can log out if they choose to. Additionally, once they are registered and signed into one app for example Speech Radio, when they download Speech Talking Newspaper on the same device they will be automatically signed in and also this is the same for any further Speech Apps BWBF produces next.

For those users already using our apps the transition to the new sign in on iOS and Android, will be slightly different due to the way the apps are set up on App Store and Play Store.
For iOS and Android the existing Talking Newspaper app will not be updated, there will be a new Speech TN app that will run in tandem with the old Talking Newspaper app, communication has been sent to TNF and every TN to play a voice file updating this to everyone and asking them to move across to Speech TN by end of September 2023, although they can do this at anytime soon as Speech TN is available.
For Android and Speech Radio this will be again a new app that will run the old app will not be updated, there are a minimal amount of users using this and we will deal with these one by one as they become aware that the old app has stopped.
For iOS and Speech Radio the app will be updated and users will need to sign in, Tech Team is ready to deal with all these individuals who need support, as they come to us.
We know that once this Membership Area is live, we can go full steam ahead with marketing the BWBF Apps we provide and increase the potential number of users to 10,000 by the end of 2024. Which will only benefit BWBF and Local Talking Newspapers across the Country and ultimately the listeners who don’t already know about this amazing way to listen.

Photos of a large laminate floor job done by us done in Cambuslang.
All skirting was removed along with old damaged laminate flooring.
Customer wanted the entire ground floor of the property re floored.
The new floor runs continuous from porch into living room, small toilet, living area and on into kitchen and dining room then into conservatory. All skirting was then refitted.

Here's some images of a recent Summerhouse renovation we done. Customer couldn't use it properly due to the poor state it was in.
After replacing the roof , electrics installed, insulated and door seals fitted. They now have a summerhouse they can use all year round.
