1 month, 14 days to go!! Crikey, so much to do but it's very exciting. The Lochcarron Highland Games return on Saturday 20th July..at the earlier start time of 11am. Get the date in your diary..and for those wonderful locals who know how much work goes into this event, we're still short of volunteers and would welcome anyone who can give us a hand!!!!

This was how you got across from Dornie to Lochalsh (to Ardelve) back in the day – or at least up until 1940 when a bridge was built. Quite an interesting mix of passengers (and various modes of )!

Well worth a visit @ Love from Skye 💛

Finally! We've done it! We are OPEN in our new space!

Now we have to start work on the rest of the building! Aaaah! But at least we are open again.

Please do check the information section on our website for opening hours before travelling to see us because, although we open all week, we are only open very limited hours at the weekends so that we can spend time with our wee ones. We did hope to open at the beginning of the week but better late than never!

We are delighted to announce that we have been granted planning permission and building warrant for the renovation. This means we can now commence preparatory work including the removal of asbestos, after which the full renovation can begin.
