Some video's taken by our son last year of LLech Y Dwr. The land is being landscaped and in a couple of weeks we will have 3 slate monaliths erected next to our lake (which already has a path around it). Work has also commenced on our holiday properties and hopefully one of them may be avaliable to book in June. Our annexe however is already avaliable to book on airbnb. Looking forward to receiving guests this year.

11 weeks since moving in to our new home in North Wales. There has been lots of activity on our 9.5 acres. We have just about managed to cut back trees and brambles to enable us to walk around our lake. Drainage ditches have been dug. All this with the help of an amazing man with a digger. A planning application is in to covert our barn into holiday accommodation..........we do hope to hear from the planning department soon that we can begin the work.

In our retirement, me and my Husband Geoffrey decided to start something new, challenging and a little bit scary. So we dove straight in and brought Llech Y Dwr, these beautiful set of buildings represent what we have worked all our lives to achieve.

With some hard work, grit and determination we of course will be keeping ourselves busy in our retirement years! To this aim we have decided to open up a Holiday Let! Located in North Wales a short drive from Caernarfon with the beautiful Irish Sea just a stones throw away, we would be selfish to keep this locale just to ourselves.

But don’t just take our word for it, come on down and stay a while with us in our newly refurbished buildings and enjoy this unique slice of Welsh Countryside! We look forward to hearing from you and taking your booking :)
