We are looking for Management Consultants:
Scope of Work:
1- Provide advisory services to selected startups about different managerial aspects. The consultancy process is expected to be done with proven evidence that all clients’ personal and projects’ data is confidential and secured, for both in-house and online communications.
2- The consultancy process is expected to be well reported through:
- Monthly report detailing all consultations provided with date and time of session, client demographics, type of consolation required and (or) follow-up, appended with clients’ feedback to all means of service provided.
- Startups portfolio to detail the progress of each startup along the duration of the contract, with an “impact assessment report” to highlight the impact of the consultations provided.
Provide guidance services targeted to startups on their most frequent consultation requests in the following aspects:
Business Model and Growth Strategy Management: Guide startup teams by providing general direction and assistance on topics like:
- Managing and pivoting the main business model building blocks
- Managing Business model related risk sources
Business Plan Management: Guide Startups in setting their vision, mission & strategy to decide and achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
Team Management: Guide startup teams by providing general direction and assistance on topics like:
- Strategies of Team formation and management,
- Measuring and optimizing personnel productivity through setting KPIs and measuring metrics, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Managing all sorts of potential team related risk sources to identify problems and potential hazards to startup continuation.
- Supporting startups in issues related to hiring processes, setting salaries, contracting with and training applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs.
- Leadership support
Accounting & Financial Management: Guide startup teams by providing general direction and assistance on topics like:
- Bookkeeping
- Managing the startups’ cash flows, cash burn, and runway.
- Managing inventories, costs and revenue streams.
Marketing & Clientele Management: Support startups in issues related to:
- Managing marketing plan & strategy for market pe*******on, expansion and client segment targeting and diversification.
- Client acquisition and retention
- Managing client relations
- Managing clientele metrics like CAC, CLV, etc...
- Client data search, management and utilization
Operations Management: Guide startup teams by providing general direction and assistance on topics like:
- Supply chain management
- Optimizing operations
- Operations risk management
Risk Management: Guide startups in identifying all sorts of potential risks, analyzing them and taking precautionary steps to reduce/curb the risk.
Research, Development and Innovation Management: Support startups on topics related to boosting their innovative nature and prioritizing innovation strategies and change management when it comes to product development, business process, overcoming market shocks, marketing and organizational innovation.
Business Performance Measurement and Management: To support startups in having a holistic eye on their business outcomes, guiding them on monitoring and evaluating processes and supporting them in drafting periodical performance reports, highlighting gross inputs and outputs.
The duration of the project is 12 Months. We are putting a team together. We are looking for CVs of participants to match the following general team qualifications.
● Have a post graduate degree in economics, finance, management, business administration, or any relevant field.
● More than 8 years of experience in management & at least 5 years of experience in consultation services.
● Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
● Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
● Excellent command of communication capabilities, such as voice, video and messaging.
● The team leader should clearly demonstrate a thorough understanding of the scope of the engagement and the specific responsibilities entailed.
● The experts’ team should have complementary expertise covering the following areas: - Marketing Management. - Strategic Planning - Operational Efficiency - Financial Management - Business Development - Human Resource Management
