Please take the time to read and understand...

In these "unprecedented times" this is a message for EVERYONE who has booked a holiday regardless of who you have booked with. I sincerely hope you have used a Travel agent, if not, perhaps these exceptional circumstances may just make you use one next time.

As you are aware things are changing rapidly, daily and throughout the day, however priority will be given to those due to travel in the next 24/72 hrs and those already away, so if that isn't you, please be patient with me.

Please Please Please if you are given options of AMENDING dates for your holiday or getting a full refund - please consider AMENDING - this will help Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Airlines to "stay afloat" and save this wonderful industry.

You wanted to go on that holiday so re book it for later in 2020 or even in 2021 - a lot of tour operators and airlines are providing flexible booking conditions at present.

Also once all this Coronavirus has died down there will be a "high demand" for holidays so it is inevitable that prices will rise - potentially significantly - on holidays departing later this year and in 2021.

Lots of cruise lines are giving future cruise credits which means you haven't even got to decide on what you’re doing yet.
