A spacious vehicle with twin bunks at the rear and a electronic double that drops from the ceiling at the push of a button, its an ideal motorhome for families.

After our super cleaner Clare at Crystal Clean left to have her lovely little boy Oakley, we are looking for a new cleaning company to take on the contract to clean our motorhomes 🚐🚐🚐🚐🧼🧹✨

We generally do Saturday changeovers July - August involving 2-4 vans in four hours so would need to be an outfit with 2+ people. Outside peak season changeovers can be Saturdays or midweek and a little less hectic. The vans are generally off the road November - February.

This weekend our Premium 788 was the focus of a new BBC TV programme featuring Robson Green and friends.

The series, due to air early next year explores fun things to do in the North East and part of this episode sees Robson cooking sausages in the motorhome for Hairy Biker Si King.

Robson stayed overnight in the the top-of-the-range 788 at Beadnell Bay for the programme and had a great night, despite the bonfire night fireworks!

Chasing the Sun…

Our next motivating motorhome adventure post is inspired by a recent set of clients heading off on their adventures who, when asked where they were headed, said… ‘we’re going to chase the sun’ ☀️🚐💨

What fab idea… here’s our top three places to stop at sunset:

Talisker Bay🏖

Scotland’s Isle of Skye will take your breath away at any time of day and sunset on Talisker Beach is rather special. The grey, sandy beach is surrounded by impressive cliffs, making it a spectacular location for a sundowner. Stay at Skye Camping and Caravanning Club Site, Portree.

Broadway Tower🌇

Topping the highest point in the Cotswolds, this former folly boasts 60-mile views across 16 counties. At sunset, the sun drops behind the Welsh skyline and the river Severn glows in the half-light. Certainly a top destination for sunset seekers. Stay at Northwick Farm, Broadway.

Pen Y Fan🌄

As short, but challenging hike to the vantage point of Twyn y Gaer will give you stunning views of the Brecon Beacons, where at sunset, the slopes of South Wales’ highest peak become a blaze of rust coloured hues in the last of the day’s light. This one will earn you that sundowner – probably best enjoyed back at the campfire. Stay at Aberbran Fach Farm, Brecon
