So I went to an for a ๐ yesterday. When the boss asked what I wanted for ๐ฐ I replied:
1) First I would like commission๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฒ on everything I sell, & I want to see that percentage get far higher โฌas I improve.
2) I would also like the to receive % discounts on trips, bonuses paid in full and free marketing materials based on my performance.
3) I expect you to provide me with my own ๐ปand provide free online training and regional training all over the ๐.
4) When I bring in any new sales people๐๐ป, I deserve a bonus ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฒand to be compensated๐ฐ a percentage of their sales and the sales of any new people๐๐ป they bring in.
5) I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company๐.
6) When I do well, I expect lots of ๐, recognition๐, and more bonuses๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฐ. Did I mention discounts of up to 80% off trips for me and my whole family ?
7) I would like my ๐ญ and ๐ช to work here.
9) ๐ By the way, I need to set my own ,๐
and only when it suits me and my family๐บ.
So when can I start?!?!
After the owner recovered from shockโก, he roared with laughter ๐๐๐๐ "You must be sick in the head๐๐ป, or dreaming๐ช. You will NEVER๐ซ find an opportunity like that ๐ANYWHERE๐ and if you do, come back and get me, cause I want to work there too" ๐๐ป So I gave him my business card!!!!
