🎄 Supermarket Sweep 2024 - Vienna or Bust 🎄
It's back! Get ready for Supermarket Sweep 2024 this Christmas – Sunday, December 8th, at Asda St Austell! 🛒🎄

This year, the Cornwall Banger Rally Challenge is collecting more food than ever before for our local St Austell Foodbank. After raising an incredible tonne of food last year, we’re aiming to top that with your help!

Andy manager of St Austell foodbank - "The work that Cornwall Banger Rally Challenge so is simply amazing helping so many different charities and we were bowled over last year with the Supermarket Sweep which literally helped hundreds of local people in need as it helped donate a tonne of food. We could simply not exist without this kind of help"

💥 How you can get involved:

Enter a Team: Fancy dress is a must! 🎭 Cornwall Banger Rally Challenge will give each team £100 to fill their trolley with donations for the food bank. Plus, there are big cash prizes for the winning team to donate to their chosen charity. 🏆💰

Support & Spectate: Can’t join a team? No worries! Come down to Asda St Austell from 9:30am and cheer us on as we race against the clock! 🎉

Food Collection: Once the Sweep is done, teams will be collecting extra donations at the front of the store, so please give anything you can spare for those in need. Every item counts!

🔔 Event Details:

Date: Sunday 8th December 2024
Time: Teams decorate trolleys at 9am, public entry from 9:30am, Sweep starts at 9:45am
Where: Asda, St Austell

This is more than just a fun event – it’s about coming together as a community to make a real difference for families in need this Christmas. Last year we raised over a tonne of food – let’s beat that this year! 💪

OMG - Vienna or Bust Sign-up just went LIVE!! 🇦🇹🇦🇹

VEHICLE ENTRY IS ONLY £50

This year we have partnered with Promotix to make it easy to sign up online. Go to our website www.bangerrallychallenge.org. Vehicle entry is only £50 then pay £170 for each person in the car. Meal pack and accommodation upgrades are available.

You only need to pay Vehicle Entry today, then pay for each person before the end of March. Or you can pay everything today. You can now pay by credit card to spread the cost, or you can still pay by BACS if you prefer.

We can't wait to see you all, so please invite your friends and let's make this the best banger rally ever!!

We are excited to announce that we will be bringing back Supermarket Sweep 2024 this Christmas on Sunday the 8th December. We will be giving up to 7 teams £100 each to shop for our local St Austell foodbank and a chance to win another £50 for their chosen charity. Teams must be in fancy dress of course.

Asda in St Austell are kindly supporting us again this year and we will have special access to the store from 9am to decorate our trollies. The public will be entering the store at 9.30am and the Sweep will start at 9.45. Teams will have 15 minutes to Sweep up all their shopping. After we have our winner Teams are invited to join us for a collection at the front of the store to collect even more desperately needed food for our foodbank.

This event was hugely successful last year with over a tonne of food delivered to our foodbank.

We invite everyone to come down and see another rally spectacular and join in our crazy antics.

Today is Mike Stevens birthday !! Mike makes all our beautiful trophy’s, has been a leader from the first rally to Monte Carlo back in 2011 .. and is just bloody awesome !!! We love you Mike !! Happy birthday !

🌟🎉 Fundraising from Split Or Bust 2024🎉🌟

Thanks to the support and generosity shown to all our rally teams, our ralliers have raised a wonderful *£55,619.75* for local and national charities. This number will only increase with final donations still coming in.

Each rallier’s commitment to making a difference has brought us all together, and we couldn't be prouder. Every penny will make a big impact - a huge well done to each and every one of you!

We have had the best time ever and we are so happy we got to spend the rally with the craziest group. We love you all Split or Bust 2024🩷
