A few weeks ago I took the decision to start a a new business…..in the travel industry.
Why travel? Well I enjoy travel (who doesnt?) and Id like to travel more but also I believe travel has become very impersonal, faceless & overly complicated so when I saw this opportunity to bring back the personal touch and be able to train & learn how to not only create the perfect holiday but how to do it with customer service at the forefront it was a no brainer.
