Definitely worth a read and understand why sometimes you will have a better journey flying indirect and having a 1-2 hour stop in Dubai. Flying indirect is cheaper, you will experience Emirates hospitality and arrive at your destination in a better state of mind.

The EU is planning to introduce a €7 (£6) EU visa waiver for some non-EU citizens, including Britons, by summer 2025.

1️⃣ ETIAS Authorization: Starting soon, most travellers will need to apply for the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) before entering the Schengen Zone.

3️⃣ Travel Insurance: Highly recommended to cover medical expenses and other unforeseen events.

Be prepared for disruption, keep track of your flights, listen to your airline. Queuing expected at airports, take refreshments, be patient. This is not the airlines fault, they want you to fly, they want their planes in the air but can only do it when it is safe.
Flights will be cancelled you may be asked to go home and rebook or if you booked with ME I'll be rebooking you through the suppliers and airlines where possible.

American Airlines says none of its flights are taking off, due to an issue with Crowdstrike cybersecurity software - Microsoft says it is taking "mitigation action".
