Now that's unusual! Availability for the Lookout next year!
A weekend in February, and 🥁 a week in May, over the bank holiday. I'd been planning to be there myself but have now made other plans. Late May is simply glorious in North Norfolk, lovely long days, usually good weather, few crowds and the countryside at its best.

I definitely ought to be getting commission. I've lost count of how many people have bought air fryers after a stay at the Lookout, but it's at least 15.
And lots of people ask about the comfy mattress too!

One of the prizes in this draw is £150 off a stay in an East Ruston Cottages property. It's got to be worth entering!
I still have a weekend in February available, and both Christmas and New Year 2025. The Lookout is brilliant in winter - cosy by the woodburner, gaze out at stormy seas. Brisk blowy walks on the beach or in the woods, leisurely pub lunches.

Almost impossible to imagine the winter when it's so warm, humid, and August-y!
But winter brings seals on the beach, log fires, cosy pubs, rolling seas and Norfolk's extraordinary skyscapes.
The Lookout has just 16 nights left in January/February 2025 (short breaks available) and for forward planners Christmas and New Year are still up for grabs 🎄

One of the most popular weeks of the year! The Lookout is fabulous in winter. Wonderful sea views, blowy walks on the beach, cosy pub lunches, and curl up by the woodburner for reading or movies.

Meet Fidget. She's an 8 month old rescue puppy who is Jaffa's new best friend! I've officially adopted her today. Lucky girl gets to have the Lookout as her second home.

What a lovely review!

We have just returned from a perfect week at the lookout. The owner has been in contact several times to ensure we were happy with the arrangements. In the accomodation, that was spotlessly clean, we found a super welcome pack, oh the marmalade! A beautifully themed sea decor, many comforts for humans and dogs (we have 3), I must mention the condiment and sauces cupboard!
The smart tv let us watch a number of our own favourites as well as the now famous euro quarter and semi finals.
So close to the beach, I swam every day. We were able to rent a dog buggy for our elderly cocker spaniel.
There were many intangibles, the peace and quiet, fresh sea air and privacy.
I could go on but I need a coffee (oh yes, there is a splendid little coffee maker too!
