We have gone live with this amazing Uttoxeter property! We are managing this for clients who live over in Saudi, so this will be completely hands off for them. It is currently a 3 bed, but will be configured as a 5 bed some time this year.

New town centre property set up. This one has taken a lot of time, but we’re happy with how it’s turned out.

The more properties we add means more systems and staff we need to add, so we have been very busy working on the business.

We have some good properties being onboarded currently, so we should be in for a busy summer!

Investment potential!

We have been looking at a grade 2 listed commercial property in Shropshire where we can keep the shop front/ cellar for commercial use then develop 4-5 apartments into the top 3 floors.

This is being listed at a good price and has a potential GDV of 1.1m+, which is a huge uplift in value!

We would look to run the apartments as holiday lets once the development is finished, as the area is a popular tourist destination.

A photo walk through of our most recent managed SA.

Having a nightmare with deliveries on this one, not sure if we will ever receive a dining table 🤷‍♂️ we've had to cancel our professional photos today because of it... but everything else is looking good!

Open for bookings! 5 bed ex HMO which we are managing as SA for the client. Feature walls added to each bedroom and a re shuffle of furniture has transformed the property and we're really happy with how it's turned out 😅

This one is going to be a good one! Made great progress today on the set up of another managed SA unit for a Shrewsbury client.

Our interior designer has done an incredible job with this furniture, the phone pictures don't do it justice!

We will be going live next weekend 🤩

Met .sophie.la yesterday to go through the interior design for this beautiful property in the town centre. We should catch the back end of August getting this one live.

This property... Live since mid June and it has already had well over £20,000 worth of bookings.

We thought maybe we would try this one as a holiday let rather than a HMO which was originally planned.

Needless to say I think we made the right decision.
