⭐One family will be travelling some of the old 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟔𝟔, from Albuquerque to LA and will be stopping enroute in Flagstaff, Barstow and Los Angeles, then up some of the Pacific Coast Highway to Pismo, Monterey and San Francisco and then a domestic flight to New York for a couple of nights. 𝐖𝐎𝐖 this family will have stories to tell after seeing all these sights⭐

In the early 20th century, dreamers piled into jalopies to escape the Dust Bowl in the hope to find work during the Great Depression. How about driving to Florida Keys, I've driven this route a couple of times. Drive along The Overseas Highway, this is a scenic 113 mile long highway which is part of the US Route 1, this road connects the entire length of the Keys and over 42 bridges. Its very scenic and Florida is a fun place to visit, starting in Miami Beach 🏝

We loved our time in Moab. We hired a jeep for 2 days so we could drive some of the easy trails around Moab. Would we go back? absolutely. Was it hot in June? yes it was late 30's. Did we have fun? oh yes so much that we would love to go back for more.

Moab can be visited as part of a wider road trip or can be the main destination, lots of high adrenaline things to do there. 4x4ing of course that goes without saying; white water rafting; hiking; biking; rock climbing; canyoneering; speed and jet boat tours; stargazing, horse-riding. Exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks is a must. As for the 4x4 trails they have what they call 'easy' ones like the Shafer Trail (not for the faint hearted though) to the extreme like Hells Revenge and it is in the name 🤣

There lots of fab restaurants and gift shops and Moab is definitely worthy of a 4 or 5 night stay, more if you want to immerse yourself in the 4x4 trails.
