From my clients who were in beautiful in December for a very special occasion. "Hello Brian, Happy New Year. Just wanted to let you know we are having such fun! The hotel very kindly upgraded us to a junior suite. It is SO luxurious & ultra modern! Thank you so much for your hard work. There isn't anything that isn't at your fingertips. It's beautiful and we are enjoying every minute of it. We also have a lovely chocolate cake which is a work of art. Was that from you?" What a great start to my New Year!
I always write to the General Manager of each hotel to ask them to look after my clients, and they have certainly taken great care of them.

It is & I just want to thank you for your amazing support this year for my business.

For many, the holiday season is a time of communication. Not only are we planning to get together with loved ones, but we also take time to greet others and get in touch with old friends. And always raise a toast to those who are no longer with us.

Great to receive this today from our Support Team at Venus. Thirty years in Travel Counsellors has flown by. The best decision I ever took The bonus was receiving the following this week from a super-loyal client "Congratulations on 30 years. You’ve made some magical moments for us for which we thank you. Feedback from my client on their hotel in "Great location to stay, the rooms are spacious, customer service is outstanding. The staff are courteous, friendly and willing to take care of the smallest details. The poolside has plenty of umbrella covered lounges, a fantastic place to stay."
