Today was an amazingly special day. So many generations of signers together campaigning for a better world for the next. We are proud to work with so many talented deaf artists & deaf young people who deserve the right to language!

It was also a celebration of the deaf community. Amazing to catch up with those who have inspired our work &meet so many young people we have worked with who are now living their exciting adult lives!
Thank you to everyone who asked about our future projects. Keep 👀

Time for an end of year treat with this epic adventure about a curious, little dog's escape into a forbidden area! With lots of fun characters to meet, mistakes made and important lessons to learn about protecting local wildlife!

Our 4th BSL Bedtime Story was performed by Mia Ward with a voice over from Ilana Charnelle.
This original tale was inspired by the ideas, stories, memories and the imagination of children, young people and their families. Who shared their ideas during online workshops and sessions during lockdown 2020.

Celebrating places you might know, remember, or be inspired to visit in the London Borough of Waltham Forest and re-told by Deaf performers who re-imagine the places and characters around us.

Tales are told in British Sign Language and English to bring families together. With the aim to inspire families to adventure back out and celebrate their own local area & the wonder that is all around.

These videos were created thanks to the support of Waltham Forest Make It Happen 2021 grant.

*Please note, these stories were filmed during the Covid-19 Pandemic & lockdown so the locations are not accurate to the stories. Each film followed Covid- 19 health and safety regulations and procedures as laid out by the Government at the time.
