✈️ OPEN FOR BUSINESS ✈️
I’m back and raring to go after a lovely week in Northumberland celebrating the New Year.
I’ve never spent any real time up there before and feel like we only scratched the surface. There are so many beautiful towns and villages to explore, not to mention endless castles. Some sadly close over the winter but we did enjoy wandering around Bamburgh. Gorgeous Beaches too although we didn’t brave any of them… it was a tad chilly! 🥶
We couldn’t go all that way without a trip to Edinburgh, only an hour on the train. We met Paddington, ate Haggis, Neeps and Tatties and wandered around the Christmas markets enjoying the festive yet very wet and soggy atmosphere. I do love Edinburgh… even in the rain! 🏴
Down the road from where we were staying was Cragside Estate which was beautiful and home to the UK’s tallest living Christmas tree! 🌲 A dusting of snow that day made it magical.
I just need to decide where we will celebrate next New Year now 🫣🤭
I already have a pile of enquiries waiting for me so thank you for being patient, I’ll be in touch with all of you today.
Happy New Year!! 🎉🥂🎉
Let January begin… ✈️🌍🏝️
