A huge shout out to Denise Grant and Kirsty Douglas and the whole team Crieff Hydro for a fantastic fam trip. IWD is an integral day that focuses on all women regardless of divisions. It is a day to celebrate women’s achievements and honour those who have fought for women’s rights for a positive future.

- How do you ?
To truly inspire inclusion we must recognise, understand, and support everyone’s differences. The knowledge and experience that women bring to the table matters and when women aren’t included, then we need to stop and ask why?
Its great to be invited to the party but inclusion is being asked to dance!
