Said to be the third-largest street party and fireworks extravaganza in the UK, NYE in St. Ives is back with a bang!
There are lots of ticketed events happening across town as well as venues open to walk-ins. Don't forget...if you want to go to a particular venue tickets sell out fast, and don't forget your fancy dress!

A BIG QUEUE FOR SPOT THE ARTIST
Ten people queued overnight, braving a 5am downpour, for the best pick of the pictures for sale at the annual September Festival Spot The Artist sale organised by St Ives Rotary Club.
By the time the doors at Porthmeor Studios opened at 9am on Sunday the queue had grown to more than 70.
Artists from near and far donated 340 paintings – with the signatures on the back - for the sale which saw the front of the queue forming at noon on Saturday as the keenest buyers sought the £50 “bargain” paintings whose artists they believed they recognised from the style of the work.
Approaching £11,000 has been raised for local arts charities and other causes supported by St Ives Rotary.
