For the more adventurous guests there is the option of cold water swimming in the River Derwent, which lays at the bottom of the garden steps. 🏊

The house is perfectly situated within a cluster of stone houses on narrow lanes, nestled beneath the mighty gritstone spectacle of Froggatt Edge. The surrounding area contains numerous walking routes and keen climbers and hikers will enjoy the close proximity to the famous ‘nine edges’ that run along the Hope Valley. 🧗🥾
