Had a day of activities today. Firstly learned the Rumba steps (hubby be aware). Chipping at golf ⛳️ and table tennis. Then afternoon tea (refreshments were needed), finally finished with a first for me - some fencing 🤺

Now only using stairs. Making room for plenty of more splendid dishes to follow 😋

Spending a week in Ylläs was a fabulous memorable family week. From the start of the holiday arriving at the log cabin to snowmobiling through the snow covered forests. Having the privilege of seeing the Northern Lights was a personal highlight, Mother Nature really is wonderful.

Had a fantastic time experiencing the Saga’s new boutique cruise ship Spirit of Adventure! Definitely one for the discerning customer. Plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy on board. Again similar to her sister ship Spirit of Discovery, the ship has three speciality restaurants. The Amalfi (Italian cuisine, the Supper Club (cabaret style dining) and the Khukuri (Nepalese). Delicious food matched with the included wines by the attentive waiters. The fact that all cabins have a balcony another highlight. Nothing like waking up to having a coffee or tea on your own private balcony listening to the waves splashing below. The friendly staff with their happy disposition to ensure you have the best experience.

Had a genuinely fantastic time exploring the brand new Hybrid MS Fridtjof Nansen expedition ship from Hurtigruten in Dover recently.
This ship is a must for those seeking adventure! You’re able to get up close and personal with nature whilst still experiencing the finaries of cruising 🚢

Thanks again Thailand never disappoints! Now home again.

Thought this might be handy regarding anyone about to travel regards to Coronavirus- Temperatures are being taken at the airport. Lots of people wearing face masks (I didn’t with all the gaps couldn’t see the point). However I did wipe all the seats and screens on the planes with anti bacterial wipes and constantly used anti bacterial gel. It was pretty much business as usual where we were.

As you are aware, the situation in Australia has been completely devastating for Australia’s people, wildlife and the environment.
