International Women’s Day 2022 - the prefect time to Celebrate Together our objective of empowering everyone equally. Statistically we are way ahead of the UK average: 67% of the our team are women and 62% of our managers are women.
What better way to celebrate International Women’s Day than to launch a range of women-only solo holidays called ‘Just Women’, led by experienced women Tour Managers.
This is all about offering a greater choice to our women customers. Our enquiry rate, and market indicators, demonstrates that women-only holidays is on the increase. All feedback suggests those seeking a Women-Only holiday want all the same qualities as every Just You holiday - to enjoy discovering the world with like-minded people, though just with women-only.

It was a great start to the New Year being able to welcome four new team members to GTouring.
From right to left.....
Tina Wildman-Mullett joins us as Product Manager, while Annika Raasch joins the Contact Centre as Holiday Advisor, both have a wealth of experience in the travel industry. We are delighted to welcome back Stuart Perry and Helen Josephs. Stuart is joining the team as Product Manager and Helen as Holiday Advisor. We are all looking forward to working with our new team members and welcoming more over the next few weeks.

What skills and experience will you need?

* Minimum of 6 months sales/service experience
* GCSE level or equivalent including Maths & English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Data and spelling accuracy
* Good level of geographical knowledge
* Good persuasion and negotiation skills

We are offering this as a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week on different shift patterns during the opening hours of the department. The opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm. We will also consider part time contracts on a fully flexible basis within the above opening hours. You must be available to undertake initial training on a full time hours basis over a four week period.
