After about 11 weekends living in a building site, at last we have some photos ready for our nearly-finished website! Still got a long list of small jobs to do, but hope to be open for business in the next few weeks.

A few more weekends work done, and we are starting to see some progress! Kitchen and living room carpet is down, the front door refurbished, we've started moving in some furniture and assembling the triple bunk bed in the second bedroom. We had our first 'visitor' last weekend, our friend Jean who brought us a housewarming present! - you can just see the lovely painted pebble house on one of the alcoves by the stove. Hopefully next time we have visitors we will have a settee to sit on!

First bedroom nearly finished! Just a headboard, lampshade and some bedding needed. From this.... to this!

First coat of emulsion started in the bedrooms (and surface cracks filled), taking a long time as we only have weekends to get on with it! Fireplace nearly finished, just needs pointing. Loving our little alcoves!
