A big HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all you wonderful mum's (and dad's that are raising their children alone).
During these hard times just know that we're all in the same position; it will be challenging but beautiful.

Something small and simple to remind mums everywhere that they're loved for all they've given us. These can be personalised with a name on the back of them from either the sender or the receiver.

£2 for a round Cherry slice and £3.50 for an Oak heart. ♥

During these hard times, we're offering free delivery via Royal Mail postal service (or to the letterbox drop offs for those local to Crewe) to those mums in isolation.

Keep going and stay safe...we'll get through this together.

Built and installed a functioning workbench made entirely from reclaimed pallet for our good friends over at Premium Finishing (premiumfinishing.co.uk).
Tom was kind enough to give us his old woodworking bench as long as we replaced it with something just a durable and functional. I'm happy with the finished result and can't wait to finish our new workshop to house our own.
Strong, durable, bespoke. That's what we're all about.
Slatted pallet shelves will be added to create the space Tom needs as well as a backboard for additional tool storage; drawers are where tools go to die...

New workshop taking shape. Made entirely from reclaimed timber from the sheds of an old sawmill near Keele.
We will even be reusing the roof fixings to match the reused galv nails in the floor.
Only the woodscrews are new.....

This particular box contains up to 20 solid oak hearts that can be personalised with words unique to you for that someone special in your life. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, leaving gifts, etc., and each can be as unique as the person they are for.

Lid can be personalised with pyrography or left blank. Magnet closures.
Box and hearts wax finished.

This Friday 1st December, we will be at Abbey Hulton at the Oak Priory Retirement Village for their Christmas Market.
There will be a raffle with prizes from the stallholders and plenty of wonderful gift choices.
Come for a lovely evening Christmas Market and meet all the stallholders.

Despite the snow, here we are at Uttoxeter Makers Market...selling our lovely woodcraft... After being told it would be sunny haha!!

Still, it's a busy day on the high street and the children love the magic of the snow falling all around.

From imagination to completion:

Beautiful 5'11" Ash stump transformed into a stunning fairy house.

The windows are removable with metal dowels, allowing installation and maintenance of waterproof LED lights within the carved alcoves behind.

The customer chose Larch for the wooden detailing as she favours it's weathered coloring of silver and grey as well as it's beautiful orangey hues when fresh cut.

Larch singles and artificial lead flashing ensure that the top of the tree can delay it's decay process and ensure that it provides years of joy as a Fairy House.

The roof profile was kept to a similar arch shape as that of the windows and door and steps were added to entwine the house with the existing bench that encircles it, bringing the whole piece together in a stunning way.

When you walk through the garden and along the winding path, the view of the Fairy House truly is breathtaking.

We have really enjoyed this project and look forward to transforming many more stumps into wondrous pieces of art.

The only limit is your imagination.

Had such a wonderful day with our stall in support of Pebbles Legacy Dog Rescue at their Doggie Day Out in Central Forest Park today.

Well done to the charity for putting on a good family fun day and raising funds for their cause.

A busy, busy and successful day. Delivered a standard log store which has been resized to fit in a specific space defined by our client.
A bespoke Friendship Box well on the way to being completed. It's a bit of a rush to be in time for someone but Sammi is ahead of the game.
Another narrowboat out of the water and two coats of Keelblack applied. After sun now being applied to iVoG's forehead and cheeks.....

Our latest planter - The Tipper Truck.
Made from recycled wood every one is unique.
The tipper body and the cab can both be filled and planted in.
Approximately 75 cm long, 28 cm wide and 40 cm tall.
Add something a little different to your garden; guaranteed to raise a smile.
Unpainted at the bargain price of £35. Painted £45 (we can paint in most basic colours from stock; unusual colours may have to be bought in and would cost a little more).
We can also personalise the truck with a name or phrase; any wording you want.
