Payment is to be made via paypal, bank transfer or on collection. If you wish to pay via paypal or bank transfer please contact us and we shall provide you with the
details. Invoices can be prepared if so required. Items will only be posted once payment has been made and has been acknowledged by Inbetween Chapters. If you wish to order and item that is not in stock ) your item should be ready for collection or posting within 5 days. If you wish to view an item before you purchase that is more than fine, please contact us so that we can arrange a suitable time and date for viewings. Returns and Exchanges. All items are quality checked by Inbetween Chapters before leaving us. We will not send any items that are faulty or damaged. Unwanted Items must be sent back within five days of receipt. Items returned should be unused and in a new and resalable condition. Any items are your responsibility until we confirm with you that we have received the item back. We will aim to resolve any issues within 5 working days. Bank holiday periods may be longer. If items arrive back damaged the returns will not be processed and goods will be returned to buyer. We will refund the cost of the product plus any postage you may have paid. Proof of cost of postage is to be made available on request. Delivery and Collections
Delivery
Postage will be charged at £3 for small items and £5 for large items. UK delivery items are posted on working days and usually take 2-3 days from posting. We do not process orders on bank holidays so these items will take a few extra days. Collections
If you wish to collect an item in person collections can be made but you will need to contact me when your order so that we can arrange a suitable date/time.
