Our initial focus is on the Midlands and North of England however we can provide bespoke tours anywhere in Britain. First, walkers who want a little more luxury in their accomm
odation on their walking breaks and who, at the same time want the opportunity of making more in depth visits to some of the places of interest that they might pass on their walks. Such walkers have the opportunity of selecting from a range of walking options both self-guided and accompanied from our growing list of itineraries
Secondly, Brackenbury’s Britain provides short cultural breaks covering a range of interests including tours to historic houses, churches and cathedrals as well as engagement in art and classical music. Where possible, we combine more than one of these categories in each holiday. These holidays focus on interesting and stimulating subject matters whilst at the same time recognising our clients’ requirements for a high quality experience. Finally, we can provide bespoke and self-guided tours to specialist groups including academics or groups of friends and relatives. All our accommodation has been personally inspected by us and in many cases has been experienced as a paying customer. It will usually be owner managed and even where part of a chain, warmth of welcome and quality of experience will always be absolute priorities in our choices. We have met all our leaders personally (whether for our walking or cultural trips) and know they each have the skills and personality to make a holiday experience with us an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
