7:30pm-8:30pm BCD 'Natalie Don't' by Raye
8:30pm-9:15pm FLEX IT (splits training!)

Classes are only £7 each pay and go, FLEX IT only £3 to those staying after BCD, but why not grab a Diamond Pass for UNLIMITED classes with me at £45 a month? That works out to 8 weekly classes at £1.40 each!

There's no need to book for classes - just turn up! We are very beginner friendly and welcome new dancers of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. So don't be shy - come give us a try?

We dance barefoot/yoga socks in leggings/vest tops and bring a bottle of water.

Showcasing the sensational “Pixie Toot” one of my beautiful Dancers. When I started my journey as an instructor I decided from day one to celebrate my girls and show them off in the best way possible. On week four of every routine we dress up and I provide a theamed backdrop to do a bo***ir photo shoot. We Video our dance routine with stage lighting and have the best time. All of this is great fun, but the reason behind it all is to create a safe space to let out our inner diva and build a s**t load of confidence. With these individual photos my girls feel beautiful. This makes me happy 🥲 it’s a lot of work every month but worth it to see the end result. Love you all so much .

Calling the FRECKLETON FOXES and all BCD classes in Lancashire - exciting news!! We need your help please this Wednesday!! WEARING YOUR PYJAMAS!!

Neil Cross from the Lancashire Post is coming to class this Wednesday at Freckleton Memorial Hall to photograph us and write an article about our Mind UK Fundraising Mission!

We are on a mission to raise £10,000 for Mind UK, we've passed £7,000 and our next event is our BURLESQUE-ATHON on Saturday 15th March (6 hours sponsored dancing in our pyjamas 10pm-4am!).

When we hit £10,000 we'll be SKYDIVING!! So please everyone - come join us and help promote the event and achieve this amazing success for Mind UK?
