We have recreated one of our favourite Gin Bothy cocktails for Valentine’s Day - a delicious Bothy Dodger.

• 50ml raspberry liqueur
• 25ml limoncello
• 1 tsp raspberry jam
• Squeeze of half a lemon

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a tumbler with ice. We’ve added a couple of jammy dodgers to give it the Valentine’s touch.
