Job description
We are pleased to be able to offer immediate vacancies for experienced coach drivers who hold a valid PSV Driving Licence and Driver CPC Card to drive express services to/from London. You will be based at and work from the Linburg coach depot in Chester Green, Derby.

Our clients and their passengers are of paramount importance to us, so successful applicants will bring with them the highest standards of customer care, vehicle care and professional driving standards. They will be responsible for on-coach ticket sales, cash handling and accounting, luggage handling, careful passenger on-boarding, customer announcements, etc., for which training will be given; And they will have a good standard of personal grooming and presentation.

If this sounds like you, then you can look forward to a variety of shift patterns, pension, paid holidays, uniform and free health care after a qualifying period; And as the cream of professional drivers, you can look forward to driving the highest quality, modern Van Hool and Mercedes coaches from the Linburg fleet.

Due to securing additional long term work, we are looking to recruit PCV Licence holders with current driver CPC accreditation to work from our Sheffield and Derby depots in a full time capacity (minimum 30 hours per week).

All successful applicants will receive full induction training, full uniform and COVID training.

Previous coach driving experience is preferred, but not essential for the right applicants.

Our high end, well maintained, modern fleet of predominantly Van Hool coaches awaits the successful candidates.

Great to see some green shoots of the Event Industry pushing through into the Sheffield sunshine last week. The Sheffield that I see now is a much transformed city, with great hotels to suit all budgets, amazing event, conference and sports facilities, great shopping(apparently!) and some fantastic top-flight football too! Centrally located, with great transport links, the beautiful Peak District and Chatsworth right on the doorstep and best of all, a Linburg coach depot only 5 minutes from the city centre; We look forward to working with you on your next event.

The Linburg team have been busy with “non-contact training” - mainly DCPC, management refreshers and some IRTEC, so no matter what sport or what stadium, we’ll be ready to “tackle” your group travel needs as soon as the whistle blows....
