Blackberry and Apple Pastry Swirls! (recipe below) 🤩⬇️

✅Irresistible to little hands! 🖐️
✅No added sugar
✅Suitable for babies 7+ months to grown ups
✅Perfect finger food for breakfast, kids packed lunches, snacktime
✅Guilt-free pudding/sweet treat
✅Simple recipe for busy parents - 4 ingredients

🫐 Makes 12 swirls (save the recipe 👍)

1. Add 150g PACK'D Organic blackberries, and 150g PACK'D Organic apple (both from frozen) to a pan on a low heat
2. Add ½ tsp of cinammon and 100g water (option to also add 1tbsp honey/maple syrup for age 12+ months)
3. Simmer with lid on for 10 mins, take lid off to reduce for a further 10 mins. Leave to cool.
4. Lay 320g sheet ready-rolled puff-pastry flat and spread fruit mixture evenly across.
5. Slowly roll as tightly as possible (rolling from the long side of the rectangle)
6. Cut with a sharp knife into 12 round sections and lay swirl-side up on a lined baking tray.
7. (Option to brush the tops with milk/egg for a glossy finish when baked)
8. Bake for 18-20mins at 180 degrees C
