We had a lovely chat this week with Jane Dowler from Evuna Knutsford.
The business started in 2003 in Deansgate and expanded over the years to The Northern Quarter in 2012 arriving in Knutsford 2017. Since then it has become a firm favourite to locals and visitors to Knutsford. Plus they were one of the original members of our tour.
The most popular dish in Knutsford is the slow cooked lamb. There are regulars that come in especially for a glass of wine and wait for the lamb to finish cooking (it takes a while).
Jane herself is vegetarian and her favourite dish is the chickpea croquettes.
