Our Luxury Penthouse Apartment has spectacular sea and mountain views, we have a communal pool with children's section and a whirlpool bath set in landscaped gardens, WiFi is available around the communal pool, and from our roof while overlooking the pool. Our private staircase from the balcony downstairs takes you up to your own 65sq.m private rooftop solarium, with sea views to approximately 180
degrees! We have provided a rattan table and chairs on the downstairs balcony and sun loungers and another set of table of chairs are upstairs on the rooftop along with a brick built BBQ and outside shower to cool off! We have recently had a rooftop toldo (sunshade) fitted up on the roof to enable you to sit up there and eat, even in full sun in August, and enjoy the sea views without burning under the sun. The toldo can be opened or closed dependant on the amount of sun you want. It only covers a third of the roof even when it is fully opened, so there is still plenty of space to enjoy the full sun. Air conditioning/Heating throughout. Bedroom 1 has a KINGSIZE bed with a great quality comfy mattress, UK Satellite TV and hair dryer, ceiling fan and flyscreens on the window. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, portable TV with a DVD and VHS player with a selection to watch, Playstation 2 with a selection of games with something to suit for all ages, ceiling fan and flyscreens fitted to window. Lounge has UK Satellite TV and Spanish TV, Double sofa bed and a leather sofa. iPod Docking station. Dining Area - Dining table seats 6 people on cream leather chairs. Kitchen - Oven, hob, free standing fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, full size dishwasher. Shower room - Large fully tiled shower room with quadrant shaped shower with shower screen, sink and toilet. We also have cot beds and a dining booster seat, should you be taking little ones on holiday. Towels and linen are provided to save you space in your luggage, pack lightly and you might get away with just hand luggage!! The apartment and linen are fully cleaned on your departure, however extra cleans can be arranged at your request. Please be aware our apartment has amazing sea and mountain views due to been situated in the foothills of Mojon Hills, therefore it is approximately 10 minutes to walk down to the village and beach. There are also approximately 12 very manageable steps up to the apartment from the pavement , and about 10 easy steps up to the private solarium.
