As well as offering hire of our luxury 9 seater splitter vans, we can also source touring professionals for all your needs. Off road parking is available upon request for your vehicle if collecting from our Sheffield premesis. For an additional cost, we are able to deliver our vehicles anywhere in the UK.

🎉 It is a day for amazing news 🎉

Tramlines weekend tickets have sold out and CC Tours has been awarded funding from the Culture Recovery Fund 🥳

2020 as it was for many in our industry and communities a devastating year which led to our lives and livelihoods grinding to a halt. CC Tours had to sell our fleet of vehicles to keep the business afloat.

2021 brought a glimmer of hope with the vaccine roll out and a potentially busy festival season but as for many in our industry the summer became shorter and shorter as more major events were cancelled due to the extensions of restrictions.

The Tramlines team did an amazing job this year to pull such a fantastic and safe show together with the DCMS in such a short period of time. It was the largest music festival in Europe since the pandemic began and the whole team truly didn’t disappoint. With it being a hometown show for us and one we have worked on for over 10 years it really holds a special place in our hearts. It’s been an amazing week to be able to announce both Tramlines 2022 weekend tickets selling out and the support we have received from ACE.

The support we will receive from the ACE will ensure that CC Tours is back in the fields in 2022 for what hopes to be an amazing year for the live events Industry.

🎉We are delighted to announce our application for a culture recovery grant was successful🎉.

As has been the case for many others in our industry the past year has been really tough. We can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and with the financial stability provided by the grant we can’t wait to start producing some of the UK’s most exciting festivals and to work with amazing artists again.

The last year has brought so much uncertainty for our industry with the combination brought on by the pandemic and Brexit. CC Tours has evolved over the last six years and the event production management branch of our business has organically grown. Going into 2021 producing culture events will be our focus moving forward.

We would also like to take this opportunity to praise all the hard work has done in lobbying for our industry over the last year. As well as a massive Thank You to Arts Council England for all their hard work and support they have provided to the arts and culture industry.

Sir Nicholas Serota, Chair of Arts Council England, said:

“Investing in a thriving cultural sector at the heart of communities is a vital part of helping the whole country to recover from the pandemic. These grants will help to re-open theatres, concert halls, and museums and will give artists and companies the opportunity to begin making new work.”

This last year has been devastating for our industry and we as well as so many of our suppliers, freelancers and clients have seriously struggle to keep our heads above water.

There is light at the end of the tunnel but we need support to make it there. This is taken from page.

*We welcome the Prime Minister’s statement on a national roadmap to recovery and hope these measures will help plan the return of live events by June.

While the steps are positive, our sector needs more detail and we urge the government to extend financial support in the upcoming budget to stop the current talent drain and ensure that the supply chain to live events can plan to return.

For this to happen we need government-backed insurance for events, financial support for the self-employed, and grants, not loans, along with continued furlough, for all companies in a supply chain that has had little-to-nothing for over a year and will be the last to return to income generation.*
