The cottage is immaculately presented with a number of period features such as exposed beams, brick tiled flooring, and an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.

Close to Dilham staithe, ideal to drop your paddle board or kayak into the broads - situated 0.3miles away (6 minute walk).

Opposite country pub.

WROXHAM - Considered the capital of the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham is located 8 miles from Norwich and 20 miles from Cromer and Great Yarmouth. Since the late 1800’s Wroxham has been frequented by holidaymakers and today it is especially popular with those seeking fun on the broads, with numerous boat hire companies in the town.

Horsey Gap is renowned for its long sandy beach and its spectacular seal colony. Seals can be spotted all year round. 🦭 🌊 🦭
