Cremyll to Tregonhawke

A challenging out-and-back trail ~
Distance ~ 27.7km / 17.2 miles 🥾
Time ~ approx 8 hrs ⏱
Rating ~ 4.6 stars

Enjoy a section of the UK’s longest and most treasured National Trail, the South West Coast Path, from Cremyll to Tregonhawke.

Along the way, you will enjoy sweeping ocean views and an abundance of wildlife. You can also explore Mount Edgcumbe Country Park if you wish for a detour. There are many pubs and cafes along the way if you wish to stop for refreshments.

Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 8 hours to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking, running and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.

The best times to visit this trail are January through October.

"Great walk with plenty of ups and downs! Take plenty of water and snacks with you. I walked all the way to Rame Head and stopped for lunch - amazing views! Can also get windy up on the point. Walked back for another put stop at Cawsands - good ice cream here! Then back to the Ferry." - Jen N.

The Christmas fair looks great fun. We hope you can call in and support this lovely event.
