Our Devon bolt holes..

WE have two Beautiful Chalets to rent near Plymouth on the South Devon Coast with amazing 180 degree sea views:

Driftwood (1 bedroom)

Situated directly on the South West Coastal Path this beautiful one bedroom chalet was was totally refurbished. Driftwood has 180 degree uninterupted sea views along the South Devon coast, an ideal relaxing getaway for a couple or for walkers and nature lovers in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). There are three beaches at Bovisand which are popular with swimmers , surfers, fishermen and kayakers,one of which is accessed via steps immediately in front of the chalet, the other two are a short walk away.

The chalet has an open plan sitting room with solid wooden floors throughout and neutral decor and coastal theme. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and music player. There is a well equipped handmade pine kitchen with granite worktops and belfast sink. It also includes an electric range oven, microwave and retro fridge freezer. Heating is via electric panel wall heaters.

The double bedroom contains a king size divan bed and looks out onto the rear patio area, with clothes hanging rail and bedside cabinets. A small hallway leads into the bathroom which has a tiled shower enclosure with electric pump shower.

To the front of the property (south west facing) is a large paved patio area with uninterrupted views overlooking the Plymouth breakwater and in the far distance the Cornish villages of Cawsands and Kingsands. Whatever the weather there is always something going on in the waters all year round telescope and binoculars provided. The separate rear patio garden is a sheltered sun trap for the whole day and has a small storage shed containing bistro set and loungers.

Charges are inclusive of electricity and one allocated parking space. Bedding, linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price.

A Delightful cafe and shop 1 minute walk from the Chalet. Plymouth just a short drive away.

Changeover date is flexible - minimum stay 3 Nights

Departure 10am - Arrivals after 3pm.

No smoking or pets in the property.

Quarterdeck (2 bedroom)

This a is a two bedroom chalet situated on the south west coastal path between Heybrook Bay and Plymouth. Comprising two bedrooms, lounge diner, handmade solid wood kitchen with granite worktops, shower room/WC, secluded rear garden, front patio allocated parking. Please note that whilst the property is suitable for children there is a steep ledge in the back garden and front garden and any children should be supervised at all times.

The photographs currently show a single bed in the second bedroom this has been replaced with a full sized (3ft wide ) bunk bed photos to follow.

Please note that all bed linen and towels including beach towels, one allocated parking space ( within 50M of the property ) and electricity are included in the rental cost.

Uninterrupted sea views towards Cornwall and Plymouth Breakwater. There are no properties between you and the sea.

Access to natural beaches the closest being only 50M away.

This property gives direct access to the south west coast path There is a beach front cafe and small shop nearby Plymouth Centre is approximately 20 mins drive. The nearby village has a store for daily needs; local produce, papers, information on local events.When you holiday here you will find true relaxation whether it be walking or just watching the ever changing panorama of the sea.

Changeover date is flexible - minimum 3 nights
