Christmas is for Giving🎄🎅

Our generous staff from both branches managed to fill up 2 trolleys worth of gifts for local people who are less fortunate this Christmas. Our nearby Dunelm store reaches out to hospices, youth clubs, hospitals, charities, food banks and more in the area. Our team went and collected the present tags making sure we covered as much as we could and we went shopping🎁

Becca & Dani created that wonderful food hamper for a family who had simply asked for tinned foods this Christmas and made sure to fill it with some festive goods🍫

Just under £200 was spent on making sure the requests were fulfilled with lots of added sweets & treats, everybody deserves a cadburys selection pack on Christmas 🍬

To add to the generous spirit of Christmas giving, our director Jimmy has agreed to match what we have spent and donate this locally🎅✨

This International Women’s Day on Saturday, 8th of March 2025, learn about the lesser-known heroes of the war and the women who pushed boundaries to simply be seen and heard.

At Bletchley Park, it wasn’t just the machines that were groundbreaking—learn of the extraordinary women who cracked the unbreakable. Behind every code cracked at Bletchley Park were women with sharp minds and unyielding determination, discover their legacy.

Hampton Court Palace, where Princess Sophia Duleep Singh publicly protested women’s lack-of rights and sold The Suffragette newspaper. The Princess used her status to loudly question and bite back against societal norms, simply iconic.
