World Mental Health Day
Let’s be kind to ourselves and others
Our web of thoughts can feel complicated, frustrating, stressful. Although we are the only ones who can control your inner thoughts and feelings it doesn't mean that you have to bear everything alone.
We are exposed to a multitude of stimuli every day. So, finding a balance in our mind is essential in dealing with all the challenges we face. There are a number of ways you can try including meditation, an exercise you enjoy, listening to your favourite uplifting songs, going for a walk in nature, journalling, and of course talking with someone you trust (whether that’s family, friends, colleagues or one of the wonderful charities like Samaritans and Mind).
It is always worth slowing down and talking. Find the joy in today
What's one thing you will do today to be kind to yourself?
Coaching can help to improve self awareness, looking at how stress, your beliefs and self esteem are affecting your worklife.

Should or Could?
Self talk that's positive and non judgmental can help you achieve your goals. But watch out for those little words that are unhelpful - you might be surprised how often you use them! Change the language, change your approach.
Nature Sparkles
When you need some down time to reduce stress levels, there's nothing like nature. This is sparkly Worthing. What you can't see is that behind us is a horizontal snow storm that had just passed over! Maybe a metaphor for being aware and learning from our past, but looking forward to what's to come! 😁
