AEMC Member Club Training & Development Review

The Association of Eastern Motor Clubs is one of thirteen Regional Associations created by the Motor Sports Association for the purpose of co-ordinating motor sport affairs in their respective areas and to act as a link between Motorsport UK and Motor Clubs. One of the many benefits to member clubs is to identify and deliver training and development opportunities within an agreed budget, thereby supporting a wide range of events and activities. Without this support events would not be in a position to run successfully.

As a motorsport club member we'd like to know what you think in terms of the type of training and development you have access to in order for us to formulate a strategy and framework, aligned with Motorsport UK.

It looks like the action has already begun at Brands Hatch so a great time to wish our championship competitors, organising clubs and their members and our partners a very Merry Christmas. Our future rounds include:
Brands Hatch Winter Stages on 18th January and Snetterton Stage Rally on 8th February.
brandshatchstages.co.uk has an entry that is filling well, with signing on now available.
snettertonstagerally.co.uk has published Supplementary Regulations and will open entries on 2nd January at 19:00.

Time to get ready for Brands Hatch Winter Stages

Competitors who have their 2025 competition licence and membership of an invited club can now sign on here. https://bit.ly/41Kccvj
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET APPLIED FOR YOUR 2025 LICENCE OR CLUB MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE DO SO AS SOON AS YOU CAN. With the Christmas and New Year break, the rally is approaching fast.
As part of signing on, you will need to upload an image of the front and back of your 2025 competition licence.
Also an image of your eligible club membership card (Supplementary Regulation 6.1) showing an expiry date after the event date. This includes from a member club of the invited Regional Associations, 2024/25 Circuit Rally Championship contender, or you can join Chelmsford Motor Club or another eligible club.

As a motorsport club member we'd like to know what you think in terms of the type of training and development you have access to in order for us to formulate a strategy and framework, aligned with Motorsport UK.

Ultimately this survey will help the AEMC to identify:
The breadth of experience across the member clubs that could be leveraged to everyone's benefit
Opportunities to provide training/development to members that most need it
Opportunities for member clubs who have an established training regime to assist and support other clubs within the AEMC
