I usually share about wonderful places to see and visit around the world. However, things changed for me at the beginning of 2023. This is my story of the past year. Thanks to my friend Kaye, a retired Intensive Care Nurse, this campaign got going. All proceeds of the campaign will go towards the cost of the Stem Cells Transplant. 🍽 Enjoying food by the sea!

🗺 Limeni is one of the most impressive villages in Greece. It is located just 2 kilometers north of Areopolis, in an attractive location as the village literally touches the sea.

⚱️A popular attraction is the Tower of Mavromichalis, which had an important role during the Revolution. Further north is the castle of Kelefa which was built in 1670 by the Turks by order of the Vizier Kioproulis, with the aim of controlling the unruly Maniates. Together with Passava in Ageranos and Zarnata in Kampos, they controlled the passes to Mani.

🏖Limeni has a sandy beach inside. However, a few kilometers further north you will find the sandy beach of Tsipas with dozens of taverns and bars.
