I’m sure you are all aware of what’s been happening in our lovely town, we have been focusing on families that need us and fundraising events over the past couple of weeks so big apologies that our inbox hasn’t been answered very much. We really appreciate your patience and we will get back to you at some point.

Hey everyone!
We are so so very sorry about the problems with our new bank account, being a Barclays customer since I was around 15 years old and a business bank account user since 2010 you wouldn’t think opening a new bank account would be such a struggle!
We have had so many problems, been locked off the app and so many phone calls and complaints! I can’t believe it’s took over a month to sort!
So now the next problem! No postman today with our new bank account details (which we were expecting Thursday!) and now we are getting ready to head to Glastonbury for 9 days so all early bird bookings will reopen on the 4th July and payment info sent.
If you have already booked in please don’t worry, your slot is safe and secure and we will be in touch with payment details on the 4th when we are back.
We apologise so much for this, never knew this would be such a palava and Mr Barclays is now on the naughty list!

Prices for the early birds are -
£35 or £45 for Christmas Eve.
Christmas Eve usually does get pretty booked up but we do save a few places for general release just to make it fair.
Early birds will also get a gift as a thank you from us for keeping our elves in cookies over the summer 🍪😊
All we need from you to book in is the date you require and your postcode. (Slots are first come first served and limited to each date)
Unfortunately times can not be given until after the general release of slots. But you are guaranteed the date you would like.
