Finally going here with the children in Summer 2025! Gartenhotel Theresia in Saalbach Austria. I’ve sold this wonderful hotel many times to all sorts of clients; families, solos and couples. And have always wanted to try it myself As you know I go to another area of Austria every year on my own, and my children have asked many times if they can also see the mountains and do some hiking in the summer there. So I have booked the 4 of us to the Theresia - a new destination for all of us. We are so excited! There’s a real emphasis on health and wellness here, as well as the environment, so you spend your time enjoying the benefits of the fresh mountain air and feel energised and relaxed at the end of each day. The hotel has been in the family for generations, there’s a personal atmosphere, friendly welcome and staff will help with insider tips on the best walks and huts. Relaxing holidays in stunning surroundings. Haute cuisine made with organic produce. A fairytale garden with its own swimming pool. Rooms where you feel at home the moment you arrive. Hosts who have been welcoming guests for many generations. And all that in the beautiful village of Saalbach-Hinterglemm with its fresh mountain air and countless outdoor activities! Nearby is Europes biggest High Ropes park - it’s huge, and also the alpine toboggan coaster. Younger guests are very well catered for here with a play area and teenager’s room with table tennis, pool table, table football and air hockey. Outside, there’s a children’s pool, trampoline and sports court. Kids club is useful if you want to utilise the fantastic wellness areas. I think best bit about this hotel is the peaceful gardens where you’ll find a heated adventure swimming pool, whirlpool and pond with fountains. The landscaped gardens span nine levels and an 830-metre trail weaves its way through them to the mountains. Inside there’s a huge spa with indoor pool, saunas and steam room - it’s a must-do to relax
