Wellness month by Kelling Home, Creake Abbey 🩷🧡

Throughout June are celebrating 'loving yourself' by hosting a series of events that will help to encourage and introduce you to a more nourishing and health-giving lifestyle. From full body blast classes, skincare, makeup and hair consultations, cooking and nutrition and much more.

I have shared a few we are particularly looking forward to including some workshops and fitness classes hosted by Kelling Home's neighbours . Flour, Wells-next-the-sea 🍕

Flour is a new (walk-in only) pizzeria based on wells-next-the-sea high street that opened this week. The pizzas are authentic, original, made with local and fresh ingredients and homemade dough and very reasonably priced.

I know I have been desperate for a pizzeria along this part of the North Norfolk Coast and we have no doubt will be a huge success. The decor is also fabulous.

We got to have a sneak peak of today and we were totally blown away by it. The Nest Farmhouse is nestled on a thousand-acre farm at the highest point, which is the thought behind the name. It will be a seasonal British Reatuarant from the team behind Nest and Michelin starred Restaurant St. Barts in London.

A short stroll from the restaurant is this most picturesque lake, where you will be able to enjoy drinks waterside in the summer months. There will also be a lounge, bar area and rooms.

Keep an eye on our socials as we will be revealing more information and sneak speaks of the most talked about new Norfolk venture.

Grab your friends and enter into the Pole Position parking area which is set aside for classic, modern classic, vintage, hot rods, street cars, rare single seaters or sports cars and motorcycles.

Bring a picnic, park up, relax and enjoy everything the day has to offer as thousands of classic motor vehicles line up for this very special day. Pole Position Parking includes entry for 1 adult. All passengers must purchase a day ticket preferably in advance.

The launch of The Seed. A new hot-desking and events space at Creake Abbey, North Creake. 🌱

Some of you may or may not have realised that alongside the Love Norfolk social media I have co-founded which we launched last night, which was a huge success.

The Seed is a stylish soace tailored for creative entrepreneurs, wellness professionals, freelancers, and anyone working remotely in rural Norfolk. Alongside that, we will be hosting creative workshops, networking events, and fitness and wellness classes.

The main goal is to build a supportive community where you can help each other out, share advice, and grow together.

The website is now live and you can book your membership, walk-ins and events. The May events are fantastic, ranging from yoga with , a floral workshop with and a networking event with guest speaker Denise from Open to Coaching.

We think this is exactly what North Norfolk has been missing. 🌱

Coffee & croissants from No.33 Bakery, Burnham Market 💛

We popped jnto for a weekend treat on Saturday. The coffee is consistently great; the coconut milk late was particularly great this weekend. 🥥

Pastry wise, is there anything better than the smell of freshly baked goods? I don't think so. We took some chocolate twists, croissants and then some cheesy twists for the afternoon. The chocolate was still warm inside the twists. DELICIOUS.

The has been nominated as the best pub in Norfolk in the National Pub & Bar Awards 2024. They will now be entered into the next round to compete for the pub of the year and we want to wish them all the luck in the world.

The Dabbling Duck is only a 5-minute drive from us and somewhere we visit regularly. The food is fantastic; the Sunday roast is a particular favourite of mine of the wood fire pizza on a Friday night in the barn. 🍕

If you haven't visited already, we highly reccomend you do. You will not be disappointed. Congratulations to the team - very well deserved. 🦆

An additional race day at Fakenham Racecourse has been confirmed for this Friday, the 12th April. It is meant to be 18 degrees on Friday, which is a bonus. 🐎

Alongside the six races, they will also be showing Aintree Ladies Day on the screens. 👒

Gates open at 12-noon and the first race is at 2pm. The first Aintree race is at 1.40pm. ⏰

Free entry for members as always, or pay on arrival for non-members. 🎟️
