We started on Saturday from Marina Baotic and have visited Split, Bobovisca and Milna so far. 🤩

It is with a heavy heart that I acknowledge the recent tragedy involving the sinking of the yacht Bayesian off the coast of Sicily on 19 August 2024. Allowing some time out of respect for the friends and families before what will, I imagine, become an event over which much is discussed.

This devastating event reminds us all of the inherent risks we face when we venture into the open sea, and the importance of respect for nature's power.

As the founder of SailChecker, and a member of the global sailing community, I feel a deep responsibility to both honor those we have lost and to continue advocating for the highest standards of safety and preparedness at sea.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the families and loved ones of those affected by this tragedy.
